A super bill can be provided to bill out of network insurance plans, making it easier for those seeking online therapy. How I can help

I offer online therapy and in-person individual therapy for adults and teens across California. I specialize in supporting clients who are dealing with anxiety management, depression, and burnout, as well as providing relationship counseling and addressing communication issues. I also assist with life transitions, decision-making, and the challenges of coparenting or parenting. My focus extends to empowering girls and women through motivation, goal setting, and personal growth, including intentional dating. It's my mission to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want to live.

Kids Group Therapy-In Person

Join a fun and supportive group where children ages 5–11 can build confidence while learning vital coping skills and anxiety management techniques. Through engaging games, activities, and connection with peers, children will understand their emotions and practice positive self-talk, all in a safe environment. 


Who It’s For: This program is designed for children who may benefit from support in managing anxiety, understanding big emotions, developing confidence, enhancing friendship skills, or learning healthy coping strategies. 


What’s Included in the Series: Understanding feelings, coping skills for big emotions, self-care habits, distinguishing thoughts vs feelings, fostering positive self-talk, confidence building, friendship skills, and mindfulness & calming tools. 


Details: The small group format ensures age-appropriate activities during weekly sessions, with limited spots available to ensure personalized attention, making it an excellent precursor to online therapy or even teen therapy in the future.
